I learned about the BodyBlade during physical therapy for a broken elbow. My therapist says it reprograms the brain to correctly “remember” an injured part of the body where inactivity has disrupted the brain’s motor map.
It works and it’s a heck of a workout!
It doesn’t SEEM like it should be hard, but it IS a challenge… because keeping in sync with the blade vibration exercises your brain, your coordination, and your fine motor control. After just a few minutes, I’m beat — more because my brain is tired than because my body is.
It definitely improved my coordination and strength, and in just a few minutes of working out!
Amazon reviews say compared to the cheap knockoffs, the original is (a) sturdier, (b) doesn’t break or delaminate, and (c) gives you more resistance to train with.
